Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

As our hoodies are made to order, each item goes through a production process before being carefully packaged and shipped.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Production & Delivery Times

Please allow approximately 12–15 business days for production and delivery after your order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, severe weather, or courier disruptions.

Customs & Import Duties

All customs fees and import duties are covered by Edenbound™. You won't be required to pay any additional customs or import charges upon delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Lost or Missing Packages
